Guitar!
The Mechanicsburg Classical Guitar ensemble is for any level of musician. From the experienced reader to the complete beginner, anyone can find success in this class. We use "A Modern Approach to Classical Guitar" and the curriculum from the Icelandic "Eythorsson" School to learn how to read music, and perform it at semester concerts. This ensemble was started in 2008 with purchase of 17 guitars through a capital investment campaign. Because of this investment, students do not need to buy their own guitars.
